Michigan Native, Christine grew up with a love and passion for the outdoors. In her early years she found beauty amongst all that the Earth has to offer. She found herself traveling far and wide across the United States where her eye became keen to the elusive treasures of rocks. After being an amateur collector for years, she slowly dove into the journey of becoming a lapidary artist who transforms her treasures into art.
Matt
Rock Hauling Specialist & Assistant
Teenage sweetheart to Christine, and expert rock hauler. Matt found himself amongst the outdoors throughout much of his life but found a true affinity to rocks by default through his wife’s passion. Often times found in tow on the beach searching and hauling rocks.
Alisha
Social Media Manager & Rock Hounding Expert
Having been the daughter of Christine and Matt, it was only natural that Alisha would fall into the footsteps of her parents finding a love for the outdoors and everything it has to offer. On various vacations throughout the world, Alisha prides herself in finding precious treasures for her mother to transform. Often times she refers to herself as “The Hobbit” of rock hounding find few, but many precious rocks to hide in her pockets.
Ziva
Rock Hounding Dog
Ziva is not your average Cocker Spaniel, she is a rock hounding Cocker Spaniel. Adored pet of Christine and Matt, Ziva can often be found wandering the beaches in search of her own treasures. She was once an average dog who was obsessed with playing ball, but slowly became obsessed with picking up rocks. Ziva is now known to prefer the perfect rock specimen over the finest dog toys.
